They are very knowledgeable, responsive, willing to help and very professional. During our recent computer installation, the team sent to the office was simply amazing! At 5:15 pm I experienced a Hardware failure.... right before printing the employee paychecks due tomorrow. I immediately called HighTech and received a call back within 10 minutes. The Support Tech, Imran, walked me through a potential fix that would get me back up and running...and it did!!! This enabled me to print the paychecks and got me through my immediate crisis. He stated that he is following up with additional Hightech personal on my behalf to come up with a more permanent plan to rectify this matter. Couldn't ask for more professionalism and I so appreciated his responsiveness to my issue.

Ethan was amazing helping us get our systems up and running when we had 4 patients in the chair. It was a stressful situation and he worked quickly and was patient and kind with us. I highly recommend High Tech Innovations and Ethan.

Working with Larry has been quite easy. Even during my challenges and upset situation at times, he listened and made sure my computer needs all have been met. He made sure no concerns of finding important files, etc. are left behind.

I've worked with HTI now for several months as we transitioned our dental office to a new location. Along the way everyone at HTI has been very helpful and attentive. Our project may have been small to them but to us it was huge and also very important. All of the coordinators (Heidi, Christine) and the techs that have come to our offices (Kato, Matt, Mike) and the tech's I've worked with on the phone (Arthur) have been very patient and were a pleasure to work with. I called for a service call and very quickly heard from Ethan. He logged into my computer and starting working on the issue, called me as I had to enter my password and very quickly resolved the issue.

Oh Goodness what happen to Microsoft, but with the excellent help of Ethan I am now able to get back into Outlook and sharepoint. Thanks again Ethan for all your help, to make my job better.
